Shannon Montgomery is a Family Solicitor in our Bournemouth Office, who joined Dutton Gregory in 2022 bringing with her 7 years legal experience in litigation. Shannon has specialised in family law since 2019.

Shannon graduated from Bournemouth University obtaining an LLB Law Degree in 2016 before studying the LPC with Master’s Degree in Professional Legal Practice at The University of Law, Guildford. Whilst studying, Shannon gained experience at a large regional firm before undertaking her training contract in 2018. Shannon qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Shannon specialises in:

  • Divorce, separation and relationship breakdown;
  • Financial and property claims;
  • Children disputes;
  • Fertility and surrogacy;
  • Non-molestation and occupation orders;
  • Pre/Post nuptial agreements; and
  • Cohabitation and separation agreements.

Outside of the office Shannon enjoys keeping fit with her personal trainer, dining al fresco and enabling her wanderlust. Shannon is heavily involved in the local legal community and is also a member of our internal charity and environmental committees.
