About Amy
Amy is a Solicitor within our Residential Conveyancing team, which is led by Sarah Sams.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2019, Amy has vast experience in a number of disciplines.
Amy is a member of both the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners and the Property Litigation Association, and is CQS accredited.
Amy’s specialisms include:
- Voluntary and statutory residential lease extensions
- Collective enfranchisement for flats
- Enfranchisement for houses
- Right of first refusal claims
- Right to manage claims
- Service charge disputes
- Deeds of Variation
- Drafting new residential leases
With Amy having a background in litigation, she can work on these matters from both a transactional and litigation perspective, meaning if a claim requires applications to the First-tier Tribunal or the County Court, Amy can handle the entire lifecycle of this.
Other Specialisms
Amy also has experience of Shipping Law, more specifically the litigation of cargo loss and damage, and the fast pace and international nature of this area of law makes for some interesting topics of conversation.

Amy feels that the most rewarding element of her role is supporting clients in taking more control of their assets.
Properties are usually an individual’s most valuable asset, whether it is their well-loved home or a part of a portfolio, so being able to help a client feel more comfortable and stable in this regarding is truly rewarding for Amy.
