Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and practised in London before joining Dutton Gregory in 1995.
With more than three decades of experience, Jonathan has become a cornerstone of our Corporate Department and a key member of our Strategy Board.
Areas of Expertise
Jonathan deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Buying and selling businesses and companies
- Company law and administration
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
- Partnerships and LLPs
- Restructuring
- Lending and security arrangements
He also has expertise in the buying and selling of residential lettings businesses, a niche in which he is widely recognised and appraised for.

In addition to his client work, Jonathan oversees Dutton Gregory’s compliance and holds this portfolio on the firm’s Strategy Board.
