    Fozia is a Solicitor within our Commercial Property team, which is led by Derek Austin.

    Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2017, Fozia acts for a broad range of commercial clients on commercial property matters, including:

    • Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property
    • Commercial property refinancing and secured lending matters
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, lease renewals, underleases and associated documents
    • Advising landlords and tenants on lease-related matters
