About Charlotte

Charlotte is a Recruitment Administrator and joined Dutton Gregory in March 2025.

A Successful Day

For Charlotte, a successful day is one that finishes with nothing left outstanding.

Being a highly organised person with great attention to detail, Charlotte takes real pride in delivering work accurately and efficiently, and by planning her day and maintaining focus, she ensures that tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.

Supporting Candidates

Charlotte understands that waiting on the outcome of a job application can be an anxious time so ensures that she provides candidates with clear and consistent communication.

Keeping candidates informed throughout every stage of the recruitment journey is a priority for Charlotte, and she ensures that she is prompt with updates or responses, offering reassurance where needed; whether a candidate is successful or not in their application, Charlotte believes that everyone deserves timely feedback and a supportive experience.

Rewarding Elements of the Role

In Charlotte’s view, the most rewarding part of her role is sharing the great news when a candidate is offered a position; having built a relationship with a candidate during the recruitment process, it’s incredibly satisfying for Charlotte to be able to deliver news that can have such a positive impact on both their career and their life in general.

Why Dutton Gregory?

When the opportunity to join Dutton Gregory presented itself, it was an easy decision for Charlotte to join the firm.

Charlotte had previously used our conveyancing lawyers for her own house sale so was aware of our excellent reputation and had experienced our high standards of service first-hand, so was excited to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Away From The World of Recruitment

Charlotte’s favourite film franchise is The Lord of the Rings; the combination of epic storytelling and the way that watching the trilogy is a full-day experience inspired a subtle theme at Charlotte’s wedding… although she is quick to point out that there were no costumes on the day!
