Why A Career In Law?
Emily decided at the age of 5 years old that she wanted to be a Lawyer; Emily’s mother was a Lawyer so it seemed natural for Emily to pursue this career. She loves solving problems and looking for solutions.
Supporting Clients
Emily is a naturally empathetic person, so this area of law really suited her when she initially trained in it.
“I like helping clients navigate their complex estate planning needs and helping them deal with matters when they may be going through one of the toughest times of their lives.
I am proud to receive regular referrals from clients and professional contacts who I have acted for for nearly 20 years. This is due to my naturally empathetic nature, expertise and client service.”
Rewarding Elements
For Emily, the most rewarding part of her role is supporting her clients.
“Helping clients navigate the complexities of Private Client Law when they are going through an extremely painful time is really rewarding.”
Emily also loves how her role as Head of Department and Partner provides her with the opportunity to support and mentor our people as they develop and grow professionally.
