About Anne
Anne is a Legal Executive within our Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team, which is led by Emily Taylor.
Having been admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2015, Anne is experienced and knowledgeable in a number of disciplines.
Anne is also a member of Liverpool Dementia Action Alliance.

Why A Career In Law?
Before pursuing a career in Law, Anne was an Audiologist.
“I have found that there is a lot of cross-over as both careers focus on the person in front of you and helping them navigate new, often somewhat scary, situations.
I chose Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate as a specialty because it is so client focused and there is a real sense of helping clients with something that they would struggle to navigate themselves, or I am able to add additional information that they would not have considered without me asking the tricky questions.”
A Successful Day
For Anne, a successful day is one where a client comes into the office feeling nervous about discussing a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney for themselves or the probate process for a loved one who has passed away, and at the end of the meeting they look more relaxed or even relieved.
“I think this is achieved by really listening to the client and their wants or needs, asking the relevant questions (often something they have not thought of), not speaking in jargon or Legalese, and being positive about the next steps and how we will achieve them together.”
