About Brianna
Brianna is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Dispute Resolution team, which is led by Andrew Witt, having finally made it official in 2026 after spending more than a decade learning litigation from the ground up. Since starting her legal career as a paralegal in 2014 and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2026, she has acquired the sort of practical experience that only comes from dealing with real clients, real disputes and real deadlines rather than simply reading about them in textbooks.
Her practice covers a remarkably varied collection of disagreements, including commercial and residential property disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, contract claims, mortgage repossessions, injunctions, TOLATA matters, adverse possession claims, party wall disputes, neighbour disputes and boundary disputes. In simple terms, if two people have fallen out over property, money, land or a contractual promise, there is a good chance Brianna has already seen something similar.
Brianna is particularly valued for her calm approach to difficult situations, her attention to detail and her determination to see matters through to a conclusion. These qualities serve her well in litigation, where patience is frequently just as important as legal knowledge.
Her interest in law may have started with Legally Blonde, but her career has been shaped by the very un-Hollywood reality of helping real clients deal with real disputes. She is continuing to build her practice and intends to qualify as a solicitor, developing further within dispute resolution while keeping the same practical, client-focused approach.
