About Hayley

Hayley is a Partner and Solicitor within our Childcare team, which is led by Sarah Ferrari.

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, Hayley has vast experience and knowledge within the Childcare discipline.

Hayley is an accredited Children’s Panel member and is a member of Resolution. As a result Hayley specialises in representing children, both with the support of a Court appointed CAFCASS officer or in their own right within proceedings.

As Hayley is advocacy trained, she can represent clients in court throughout the entirety of their matter. Hayley represents clients in complex non-accidental injury cases, cases involving the High Court, and complex jurisdictional issues.

Supporting Clients

Hayley approaches all matters with an aim of ensuring that her clients feel supported and heard, and end in a better position than where they were when she met them.

“I tailor my approach to every case; each client's needs and wants are ascertained at the start of the proceedings and I adapt my skills and advice to help and support them at each and every stage.

I pride myself on being open and honest without legal jargon, and I ensure that every client I have knows what is happening, what could happen next, is prepared for what they are facing, and is not met with any surprises.”

Rewarding Elements

For Hayley, the most rewarding part of her role is meeting a family when they are in a difficult position and having the opportunity to give them the right support that sees them flourish and grow.

Her aim is always to leave children in a better position than when she became involved in their matter.
