    About Emma

    Emma is a Partner and Solicitor within our Commercial Property team, which is led by Derek Austin.

    Having qualified in 1999 with a LLB in Law, Emma has vast experience in all aspects of commercial property law, and supports a diverse range of clients including developers, private landlords and commercial lenders.

    Emma is also a member of SPA.

    Emma’s specialties include:

    • Permitted development office to residential conversions
    • Commercial leases
    • Insolvency related property disposals and acquisitions

    Emma’s father was an architect, and her brother is a town planner, so when it came to choosing an area of law, she found that she had a natural aptitude for property.
