Why A Career In Conveyancing Law?
Jay pursued a career in conveyancing and land law because she wanted to help people navigate what often feels like an intimidating process.

Jay specialises in new build transaction conveyancing, particularly for first-time buyers, because she has experienced the process herself firsthand.
“I’ve been through the process myself - both for my own first home and helping my sister with hers- so I really understand how overwhelming and stressful it can feel when you are investing in your very first property.
I also find it very rewarding to guide people through the process smoothly, so they can enjoy the excitement of their new home and worry less about being baffled by the legal paperwork.”
