Abi is a Partner and Solicitor, and the Head of our Commercial team.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2015, Abi has vast experience in a number of disciplines within her field.

A Historical Trial That Abi Would Have Liked To Have Attended
Abi would have loved to have attended the trial of Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co 1982.
“It's one of the most famous contract law cases of all time and helped shape the principles of offer and acceptance, particularly in relation to unilateral contracts.
It would have been fascinating to see the arguments unfold and witness a case that continues to influence commercial contract law today.”
