About Mariam
Mariam joined the firm in April 2026 as a Commercial Property Executive.
Mariam is vastly experienced and assists with landlord and tenant transactional advice, including lease negotiations, renewals, assignments and transfers, surrendering, licences, and drafting of documents.
Mariam also assists with commercial property sales and residential development matters.

Mariam believes that exceptional client care is built on providing regular and consistent communication, with clients being updated throughout the entirety of the lifecycle of a matter.

Away From The Law
In her spare time, Mariam enjoys relaxing with a good book, with one of her favourites being ‘Before The Coffee Gets Cold’ by Japanese author Toshikazu Kawaguchi, and translated into English.
Set in a café in Tokyo where customers can travel back in time to a particular moment with another person, it tells stories of characters who use the opportunity to revisit a conversation, speak to someone again for the last time, respond to a situation differently knowing what they do now, or to get answers or closure on something.
Mariam was touched by some of the thought-provoking moments within the sub-plots.
