Katie finds the most rewarding part of her role to be contacting clients to inform them of their property's completion, signalling that they can collect their keys. This moment marks the culmination of their journey and the beginning of a new chapter, which she feels privileged to be part of.

Katie likes to relax by engrossing herself in a film, with her favourite being Moulin Rouge, reflecting her love for musicals. Katie’s favourite franchise of films is Harry Potter, for nostalgia reasons.
