About Charlie
Charlie is a Solicitor within our Employment team, which is led by Darren Tibble.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2025 after completing her training contract with Dutton Gregory, Charlie has continued to develop her experience in employment law by being involved in a variety of work.
Charlie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Charlie’s experience includes:
- Reviewing settlement agreements
- Drafting employment contracts
- Drafting staff handbooks / policies / communications
- Providing practical and legally sound advice to employers and employees on various employment matters including grievances and disciplinaries
- Presenting training courses
Charlie represents both Claimants and Respondents on employment tribunal cases, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.

Charlie has always loved problem solving, engaging in debates and connecting with people.
Having been captivated by crime fiction from a younger age, her passion for law grew while studying at college.
The idea of seeking to understand what people need and then find clear solutions, made the legal professional a natural place to demonstrate her skills.
