About Dawn
Dawn is Dutton Gregory’s Chief People Officer. She has been part of the firm since 2010, which means she knows the business, its people and its ambitions from the inside out.
Dawn's role is to ensure the firm has the leadership, culture and people practices it needs to grow well. This includes supporting leaders to make better decisions, helping teams work more effectively together, and creating an environment where people can do good work without losing sight of who they are.
Dawn works across:
- Executive coaching
- Cultural transformation
- Employee engagement
- Leadership development
- The design and facilitation of learning programmes
Why Human Resources?
An experienced people leader and a qualified coach and Chartered Manager, Dawn brings a practical understanding of human behaviour, organisational dynamics and what actually helps people perform.
She is especially interested in the link between culture and commercial success: how clarity, confidence and trust inside a business show up in the service it gives to clients.
Supporting Colleagues
Dawn is at her best when she is helping others cut through the noise.
That might mean asking the awkward question in a leadership discussion, designing a development programme that changes behaviour rather than just fills a calendar, or helping someone see more clearly what they are capable of.
A Successful Day
For Dawn, a good day is one where a person, team or leader leaves a conversation clearer, braver or more able to move something forward. She believes good people work is not about slogans or initiatives for their own sake.
It is about listening properly, joining the dots and building the conditions for people to succeed.
Why Dutton Gregory?
Dawn chooses to work at Dutton Gregory because the firm is ambitious enough to want to grow and improve, and human enough to care how it gets there.
