    About Laura

    Laura is a Commercial Property Executive within our Commercial Property team, which is led by Derek Austin.

    Laura is an Advanced Paralegal member of CILEX and is working towards qualifying via the CILEX Fellowship route. She is CQS accredited and holds the following qualifications:

    • LLB (Hons) in Law
    • CILEX Level 6 Certificate in Law – Conveyancing
    • CILEX Level 6 Certificate in Law – The Practice of Company and Partnership Law
    • CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice

    As Laura is working towards qualification her work covers all aspects of commercial property transactions. She has experience in:

    • New leases
    • Lease renewals
