About Lizzy
Lizzy is a Solicitor within our Property Lettings and Revenue team, which is led by Gina Peters.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, Lizzy has vast experience in a wide range of litigation and is now focused on providing expert advice on matters relating to housing law, with a primary focus on the more complex matters.
Lizzy’s work relating to landlord and tenant disputes and connected enquiries both in England and Wales, includes:
- Serving and advising on the validity of notices seeking possession
- Issuing and defending possession proceedings
- Conducting tenancy document reviews
- Resolving disputes concerning technical breaches of regulatory requirements
- Handling housing disrepair claims
- Advising on Rent Repayment Order applications in the First Tier Tribunal
- Assisting with tenancy deposit claims
