Why A Career In Law
Amber's route into law began long before joining the firm; she once imagined herself becoming a detective, drawn to the investigative side of crime and wanting a deeper understanding of the justice system.
Studying law at A-level quickly revealed where her real interest lay, not policing, but the legal reasoning and problem-solving behind every case.
That passion continued at degree level, where her interest in the profession strengthened and eventually led her into practice.
Rewarding Elements
For Amber, nothing compares to the moment a possession order is granted, especially when the matter has been particularly complex.
Seeing the outcome of her hard work recognised through referrals and positive feedback really motivates Amber.
Amber is also passionate about assisting the Southampton Solent Legal clinic.
Why Dutton Gregory?
Amber joined after hearing glowing feedback from a friend who worked at the firm while studying for her law degree.
The supportive culture described to her proved accurate, with Dutton Gregory offering an environment where Amber could build her skills, feel valued, and grow in confidence.
