About Linda
Linda is a Paralegal within our Litigation team, which is led by Andrew Witt.
Linda works closely with Duncan Scott and is vastly experienced in support work such as drafting letters, Orders, witness statements and other documents for dispute resolution work.
This work could encompass business owners, developers, commercial landlords and tenants, and land and boundary dispute clients.
Why A Career In Law?
Linda’s interest in pursuing a career in law was piqued by watching a television programme called ‘Crown Court’.
“As I have a strong analytical mind together with strong attention to detail, the challenges that a legal practice offered using those skills was attractive to me.
I could then make good use of my strong skills in English language drafting witness statements and other documents, and the presentation of those documents is very important to me.”
A Successful Day
Linda takes pride in completing all her tasks for the day, gaining a feeling of accomplishment from this.
