    About Emma

    Emma is a Senior Associate CILEX within our Property Lettings and Revenue team, which is led by Gina Peters.

    Having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017, Emma is experienced in a number of disciplines.

    These include:

    • Reviewing tenancy documents to check compliance
    • Advising on any compliance issues
    • Preparing and serving statutory notices
    • Reviewing notices served by landlords or their agents
    • Issuing possession proceedings where statutory notices have expired
    • Obtaining possession orders
    • Enforcing possession orders
