If your employees apply for a visa or leave to remain in the UK, and that application is refused, they may have a right of appeal in the Tribunal system.
Alternatively they could be eligible to apply for an administrative review.
We welcome referrals from employers and we have an excellent success rate in Tribunal appeals ‘on the papers’ and in oral hearings.
We also give employees the broader picture of the effect of an appeal on their immigration status, so that they can decide whether a new application would be more appropriate.
