Including Partners, we have over 90 lawyers and more than 170 staff working across our offices in Bournemouth, Chandler’s Ford, Liverpool, London, Poole, Southampton, Surrey, and Winchester.

Career development is important to us and we want our staff to feel supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.  In 2018 we launched our new review process called Employee Development Review (EDR) to encourage regular and continuous conversations around performance, setting and achieving objectives, and learning and development.  This works alongside our development framework giving clear guidance of what is expected of you along the way.

Our staff have insights and ideas to share and we have a culture of open communication and feedback across the firm where this is encouraged.

We prefer our candidates to approach us directly, so if you would like to have a confidential and informal conversation about any of our vacancies, or if there is no specific vacancy but you are interested in joining us, please contact Lou Earp.
