Emily and Alex Arrive at Dutton Gregory

Dutton Gregory Solicitors is welcoming two prestigious new faces to its Private Client Team.

Emily Taylor and Alex O’Sullivan arrive at Dutton Gregory with extensive expertise and established reputations in Hampshire as specialist lawyers in all private client matters including Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship and probate matters.

‘Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, I chose to specialise in private client work’ says Emily. ‘For me, there is something extremely rewarding assisting and helping clients by safeguarding the future for my clients and their family.’

Alex O’Sullivan has also spent the past decade working in the legal profession, six years of which have been alongside Emily in the private client team.

‘I am pleased to continue to work with Emily who not only has extensive knowledge in this complex area of law but has been a fantastic mentor to me in my own career development.’ he says.

‘Whether it be a specific issue, such as helping people negotiate the appointment of powers of attorney, or generally making sure that tax and estate planning is effective, we take pride in listening to our client’s individual circumstances, objectives and then help them plan accordingly.’

The pair, who are splitting their time between Dutton Gregory’s Chandler’s Ford and Winchester offices, are delighted at the reception they have received.

‘I have obviously known of Dutton Gregory throughout my career, but in recent months became increasingly aware of its innovative approach and ability to adapt to the ever-changing business climate’ says Emily. ‘Alex and I are thrilled to be part of such a forward thinking and dynamic law firm.’

‘Emily and Alex are such exciting signings to our Private Client team,’ says Managing Partner, Andrew Tilley. ‘They not only bring knowledge and experience, but also fresh-thinking and ambition, which is what Dutton Gregory thrives on.’
