Dutton Gregory Solicitors has appointed Partner Sarah Sams as Head of the firm's highly successful Residential Property division.
Sarah Sams, who previously was a Partner at Dutton Gregory Solicitors, is an experienced property law expert with over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing. She has a specialist knowledge in shared ownership, having advised some of the largest affordable housing providers in the UK, as well as acting for leaseholders and buyers.
Sarah will be overseeing the 50-strong residential property department, who have been helping people to buy and sell property for over 75 years.

In the past year we have undertaken a merger to work with highly experienced property professionals in Surrey and opened an office in the heart of Liverpool to serve and develop our client base in the north.
