Tim Waldron is a New Business Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Team in our Winchester office.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, Tim started out as corporate counsel for a global investment bank in the City of London, specialising in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, banking, finance and commercial law.
Since then Tim has put this expertise and experience to use working with and for multi-nationals, governments and international NGOs. He has a particular affinity with entrepreneurs and their companies, having lead start-ups and new ventures in diverse sectors, including technology, property and entertainment. Tim is also an experienced non-executive director and trustee.
