Rachael is a Partner in the Family Department.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined a firm with offices in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, before moving to head up the family department of a firm in Farnham.
Rachael is an active member of the Association of Women Solicitors and is a Resolution Accredited Specialist Collaborative Lawyer. She has conducted a number of collaborative cases since completing her training in 2008, but is also adept at taking proceedings through the courts where necessary.
