Lou Earp

Lou Earp is our Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Chandlers Ford office, who joined Dutton Gregory in February 2022.

Lou has over 15 years' experience in Legal Recruitment and supports the whole business by introducing top talent to the teams.

Lou is CertRP qualified and, prior to joining Dutton Gregory in an internal capacity, she ran her own successful legal recruitment business. Lou particularly enjoys working with teams on growth strategy and planning and finds great pleasure in working with candidates to find the right role within the firm. Lou is very passionate about helping Dutton Gregory grow and holds the firm's culture and core values in high regard. Lou is a member of Dutton Gregory's internal Mental Health & Wellbeing and Environmental Committees.

Outside of the office, Lou enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, together with the family dog and rabbits! Lou's favourite place to be is in nature, be that by the sea or in the woods. Lou also chairs a charitable cause on Hayling Island which raises money for five local schools.
