Graeme Roberts is a consultant specialising in non-contentious construction law, who has been working for Dutton Gregory Solicitors since 2012.
Graeme has over 30 years’ experience, gained both in-house and in private practice. He has worked extensively both in the UK and Europe on a wide variety of projects, advising developers, funders, contractors and consultants.
Graeme is experienced in drafting and negotiating all documentation involved in construction projects, such as building contracts and sub-contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, professional appointments, performance bonds and guarantees.
Away from the office, Graeme is a keen rugby fan and has been a member of Harlequins since the early 80s. He also enjoys scuba diving and is a qualified PADI dive instructor.
