Graham Carr

Graham qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and worked in a Big 4 firm in London initially in Audit before quickly moving into “Special Work” including M&A, financial modelling, forensic investigations and vendor assistance..

Graham has worked on projects including AIM/LSE/Nasdaq floats, multiple acquisitions for PLCs, Private Equity and SMEs, and vendor assistance on BP’s 2005 sale of Innovene division to Ineos for $9bn.  Graham has also worked as Finance Director for various SMEs including VC backed businesses. Graham’s focus is on improving profit and cash while managing risk, through operational improvements and implementing a continuous improvement culture.  In his spare time, triathlons are the latest challenge.

Graham oversees all matters relating to Finance and is a member of the firm's Strategy Board.
