Dan plays a crucial role working closely with the firm's legal teams, gaining a deep understanding of clients' needs and ensuring these needs are effectively managed. He identifies opportunities for service improvement and avenues for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Constantly looking to devise strategies that enhance client loyalty, encourage referrals which contributes to the firm's overall growth.
