Charlie Keast

Charlie is a solicitor in the Employment team. She advises both employees and employers on matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and workplace policies. Having trained with the firm across several departments, Charlie brings a well-rounded approach to her work and is passionate about delivering clear, practical advice with empathy.

• Presenting at the Employment Law hub seminar on “Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace”.
• Winner of the Law South Business Experience Cup 2024 with other trainees.
• Winner of the Law South Mooting Competition 2025.

Charlie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys visiting family and friends in Cornwall, travelling, and trying new hobbies.
