Anne Martin

Anne is an Associate and Chartered Legal Executive and prior to joining Dutton Gregory in June 2010 she handled claimant personal injury claims and some medical negligence claims for 16 years.  Since 2010 she has specialised solely in medical negligence matters.

Anne handles many different types of claims including delays in diagnosing cancers, failure to diagnose fractures, misdiagnosis claims, surgical errors and birthing injuries resulting in severe brain damage ie., cerebral palsy.  She has also dealt with claims arising out of MRSA infections.
