We operate a telephone helpline service to letting agents, manned by legally qualified and experienced staff, giving you confidence and peace of mind when dealing with your landlords. 

We will answer your general legal landlord and tenant related questions so you may relay, with confidence, the advice given by us to your landlord.  The helpline offers access to advice and assistance via telephone for a very reasonable annual subscription fee Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 10am to 5pm.   

Also available to you, as part of the helpline subscription service, is access to a private members area where answers to the most frequently asked questions can be found.

If we feel that a matter is of a more complex nature, to be answered over the telephone, we reserve the right to give a written reply, for which this firm’s hourly rate for the fee earner instructed will apply.

You can have access to this helpline for the small annual fee of £300.00 plus VAT for a single office.  A quotation is available for larger groups upon request.
