As the lease of Dutton Gregory's Southampton office comes to an end, the local firm are seizing the opportunity to utilise its innovative IT infrastructure and flexible working arrangements and, as a result, will be closing its central Southampton office on Cumberland Place from Friday 31st July 2020.
All Southampton-based staff will be relocated to the Chandler’s Ford office (Concept House, 6 Stoneycroft Rise, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3LD).
Plans to reopen a new Southampton office have been postponed in light of the coronavirus pandemic and the firm are now able to look at long-term innovative and imaginative workplace solutions to benefit both staff and clients.
Like many businesses, as Dutton Gregory look to reopen their offices following the UK’s coronavirus lockdown restrictions, the firm continue to review how to accommodate staff as well as deliver high-quality service to their clients both efficiently and safely.
As a result, the Southampton office will be closing as the firm continues to re-imagine their workplace experience and utilise home working technologies and flexibility.
My solicitor is based at your Southampton office – how will this affect me?
With developments in IT infrastructure and long-term working solutions following the coronavirus pandemic, client service and ongoing matters will be unaffected by this office closure.
Your solicitor will be in regular contact with you regarding your matter and the office closure will not impact their instructed work or communications with you.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many staff will continue to work from home during this office move. Should you wish to speak with your solicitor, or any member of the team, you can contact them via the usual channels as well as video conferencing.
