Sarah heads the Childcare team, having joined the firm in 2009, and is a recognised leading childcare practitioner and advocate.
Sarah was called to the Bar in 1993 and practised from local Chambers specialising in family law and public law child protection.
Prior to joining Dutton Gregory, Sarah was an in-house barrister for Hampshire County Council where she advised and represented the Children's Services Department in all aspects of child protection, public law care and adoption proceedings.
Sarah dual qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and is accredited to the Law Society Children's Panel. She is a Higher Court Advocate.
