Elizabeth Eastley

Elizabeth joined Dutton Gregory in January 2024, having qualified as a solicitor in 2012.

Elizabeth has considerable experience in all types of commercial and residential property litigation and real estate litigation. She is a specialist in these areas having focused on property/real estate litigation for the last eight years.

Elizabeth works with property investors, local businesses, tenants, homeowners and property professionals on a broad range of contentious property issues. Elizabeth has a clear, proactive and cost effective approach to case management. Whilst having an emphasis on all forms of litigation, Elizabeth uses her knowledge of the litigation and the court process to help clients achieve their objective and pursue/defend against a claim. Elizabeth works with clients to resolve disputes and manage conflict in a practical and effective manner.
