We are looking for a Contentious Probate Lawyer to join our Commercial Litigation department in our Bournemouth office.
The ideal candidate will be an established litigator who is used to handling mid to high value litigation and to shouldering responsibility. The litigation caseload will be predominantly contentious probate, as well as more general dispute resolution. In addition to a good technical grounding, the candidate will have the ability to present technical legal issues in a clear, approachable and professional way.
The candidate will ideally be around 4 to 8 years PQE, and will have great client facing skills with an ability to develop successful client relationships, and an appetite for business development.
