Sarah is a seasoned social housing specialist with an encyclopedic knowledge of this complicated area of law, having worked with some of the largest social housing providers in the UK including advising the providers themselves as well as their tenants/buyers.

Before qualifying as a solicitor Sarah trained to become an accountant but realised that she wanted to use her law degree to practice law. Sarah has worked for a couple of Legal 500 firms as well as being Head of Department in two smaller firms before joining Dutton Gregory.

Sarah was a real hero when our sale and purchase was completed at very short notice at the end of the week.

This was partly due to the other solicitor’s constant delays and also as my wife had urgent medical needs the following week.

Sarah pulled the deals together at extremely short notice, while correctly and honestly explaining that there was no guarantee, and she was in touch with us throughout.

It all came together, and we are extremely grateful as the following week was very tough one for my wife and I.
