Nadia joined Dutton Gregory as an Associate in December 2021 bringing with her nearly 10 years of experience specialising in all aspects of Residential Property work.
She is accustomed to dealing with high value property transactions which are often time sensitive and highly pressured whilst maintaining excellent client care.

Nadia’s specialties extend, but are not limited to, Help to Buy, Exclusivity Agreements, New Builds, Unregistered Land, Equity Release and Lease Extensions (non-statutory).
Her approachability and expert guidance supports clients throughout their conveyancing transaction, ensuring they are kept informed and the risks inherent in any property transaction are kept to a minimum.
Beyond The Law
Nadia has lived in the Bournemouth and Poole area all her life.
“Simply put, Bournemouth is home,” she says. “I have grown up here so know locations, communities and networks that make up the town and still feel so lucky to have the beach, clear air and friendly people around me.”
