About Mark
Mark joined the firm in mid-2025 and immediately set his focus on understanding how we deliver for our clients, what clients appreciate about how we work, and how we can improve upon our already strong client journeys.
Why Client Experience?
Mark has spent the majority of his career working in client-orientated environments, with his previous two positions being Head of Customer Support roles, working with blue-chip clients.
As part of this, aside from ensuring that all workloads were completed and team members were supported, he focused on improving customer journeys and interactions, to consistently achieve excellent results for clients.
Mark has always loved to concentrate on how changes positively impact clients and this role allows him to delve into this on a granular level every day.
Rewarding Elements
Mark has always been intrigued by the disciplines of marketing, so with his role sitting within our Brand team he revels in the opportunity to be involved in our communications initiatives, being the voice of our clients during these conversations.
Why Dutton Gregory?
Mark loves how there is a real drive from everyone at the firm to deliver the very best service to every single client, and improve wherever there is an opportunity to do so.
Mark appreciates and finds it refreshing to be able to provide constructive feedback to colleagues in the knowledge that people are receptive to this, and will work alongside him to deliver continuous improvement for the benefit of our clients.
The Perfect Dinner Party
As a Liverpool FC fan, if Mark could invite anyone to a dinner party, top of the list would be Jurgen Klopp and Steven Gerrard; not just for their stories of some famous nights in front of the Kop, but also for delving into their wisdom on galvanising a group of people and leading them to achieve as a collective results far and above the sum of their individual parts.
Given Mark’s experience of leading large teams, he would find this insight fascinating.
Mark would also invite Barack Obama – he has broken through so many barriers to achieve so much throughout his career, and Mark would take the opportunity to ask for his view on the current political landscape of the world.
