About Jay
Jay joined the firm in 2025 as a Residential Property Executive, and specialises in Residential Conveyancing matters, primarily new build property transactions for first-time buyers.
Having been through this process herself, and having also supported her sister through her own house purchase, Jay understands how overwhelming it can be if the right support isn’t available; this is where Jay’s skills come in, making sure that clients are supported with the right guidance and information, and a friendly face.
Rewarding Elements
For Jay, the most rewarding element of her role is letting clients know that they have completed their house purchase – hearing the excitement and relief in their voice is warming for Jay.
With everyone’s situation being unique, Jay also enjoys supporting clients to understand how they can navigate their own transaction in as stress-free a way as possible.
Making the process less complicated and bringing a more human element is where Jay thrives, and is one of the reasons that she chose this vocation.
Away From The Law
Jay’s favourite film is ‘Willow’; the story of a humble farmer who navigates endless obstacles to protect a special person, but against all odds achieves this and in doing so fulfils his dream of becoming a true sorcerer.
Jay loves the magical and fairytale element of the film and the nostalgic joy of watching it time and time again.
