    About Jason

    Jason joins Dutton Gregory’s Residential Property Team in Bournemouth with 17 years’ qualified experience.

    With expert knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing, Jason specialises in dealing with residential lease extensions, whether sought voluntarily or as a result of a statutory claim,  for owners of flats and (separately) building freeholds.

    Jason's Experience

    Jason has supported many groups of residents who share buildings come together and collectively claim the freeholds to their blocks of flats, guiding them through a process known as ‘Collective Enfranchisement’.

    From development acquisitions and freehold/leasehold sales, to purchases, remortgages and transfers of ownership, Jason ensures that any property transaction in his care is compliant, efficient and that clients are kept fully informed every step of the way.

    Jason has lived in the Bournemouth area with his wife and children for many years, taking advantage of the wonderful Dorset coastline with long walks and a variety of water sports.
