    About Gareth

    Gareth is a Senior Associate Executive in the Residential Conveyancing team at Dutton Gregory Solicitors, using his considerable New Build Development experience to assist buyers of new build properties.

    Previously Gareth has acted for Residential House Builders in the South for over 22 years. During his career he has acted for some of the biggest Developers in the country, and also some smaller niche developers on specific projects.

    Gareth also has experience in mixed use sites, build agreements, site set ups, Government backed schemes, section agreements and overseas exhibitions.

     

    Beyond the Law

    My main interests are football and aviation (mainly military) and I previously held a private pilot’s licence.  Most of my attention is now focused on both my daughters - their hobbies being several types of dancing, too many to remember them all!
