About Emma
Emma joined the firm in 2025 and specialises in commercial property law, in particular commercial leases, management of property portfolios, property development site acquisitions (with particular interest in permitted development of office buildings to residential property), and insolvency-related property disposals and acquisitions.
Emma’s father was an architect, and her brother is a town planner, so when it came to choosing an area of law, she found that she had a natural aptitude for property.
Supporting Clients
Emma prides herself on always being approachable and flexible to her client’s needs, and her ability to provide a commercial view on matters, which gives her clients peace of mind in the support that they are receiving.
Rewarding Elements
Emma finds the most rewarding part of her role to be the opportunity to help clients achieve their aims.
Emma also enjoys seeing a transaction through the entire lifecycle, from the initial acquisition to all of the related planning and site set up requirements, to drafting sale or lease documentation for the disposal of the new units.
Why Dutton Gregory?
Emma cites her admiration for our forward-thinking mindset and the impressive growth of the firm as her reasons for choosing to work for Dutton Gregory.
Emma also feels that our values align with her own, especially our commitment to our staff and our clients.
Outside Of Law
Emma dreams of travelling the ancient Silk Road route from Turkmenistan to China, as she has always been fascinated by the romance of all the legendary bazaar cities that formed the stepping stones for caravans crossing from China to the West.
