    Duncan is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution department.

    He has extensive expertise in contentious employment, probate and property disputes, professional and company and shareholder disputes.

    Duncan, whose clients include companies and high net worth individuals, is also experienced in aviation disputes, insolvency, construction disputes, mediation and arbitration, intellectual property disputes, and ecclesiastical law.

    Qualifying in May 1999, he joined Mackrell Turner Garrett the following month.
