    About Charley

    Charley is a Paralegal within our Property Lettings & Revenue team, which is led by Gina Peters.

    Charley’s qualifications include an LLB in Law and he has vast experience in a number of disciplines.

    These include:

    • Lettings Law Possession proceedings, including defended claims and counterclaims
    • Serving statutory Notices
    • Debt recovery, including charging order applications
    • Attachment of earnings
    • Conducting compliance reviews
    • General advice on lettings related issues
    • Supporting client questions on our advice line

    Why A Career In Law?

    Charley pursued a career in law because he has an inherent desire to help people from all walks of life, and he has specialised in Lettings Law initially to gain experience in litigation.

    Charley aspires to be a Partner of a law firm within the next 15 years.
