About Beverley
Beverley Nias is an Advanced Associate Executive in our Chandler’s Ford Office, who joined Dutton Gregory in 2016.
Beverley attended Thames Valley University in West London before commencing her career in residential property working for large multi-branch agencies where she developed her passion for property and helping people. Beverley has over 10 years’ experience in residential property and lettings and supports clients with a range of services including Possession Claims, Dilapidations and Debt Claims, Block Management and Service Charge disputes.
Beverley's Experience
Recently she has acted for a large block management company in obtaining judgment against a leaseholder and successfully recovering outstanding service charges in full. Beverley has also acted in C v M, a client whom was incorrectly served with a debt claim where she negotiated with the parties and ensured the claim against the client was set aside and arranged for the claim to be agreed with no further Court action becoming necessary. Beverley has received various recommendations from clients whom refer her to their customers.
When Beverley isn’t supporting our clients she can be found with her daughter and partner, normally on her mountain bike with her 2 energetic Doberman dogs.
