Elizabeth Cooke-Smith

Elizabeth is an Associate Solicitor in our Chandler’s Ford office, who joined Dutton Gregory in February 2024.

After graduating with a first-class law degree, Elizabeth completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester whilst also working as a paralegal. Elizabeth then completed her training contract in Southampton in 2015.

Elizabeth specialises in commercial property and land development and supports clients with a range of services, including site acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and portfolio management for clients with both freehold and leasehold interests in property. Elizabeth also deals with agricultural land and enjoys rectifying title issues. Elizabeth has a particular interest in option agreements and conditional contracts, and overage agreements.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, watching the football and spending lots of time training at the gym!
