Family Law Advanced

Family Law Advanced is an accreditation that is only awarded to individuals that demonstrate exceptional expertise in handling more complex family law matters, such as those involving complex financial settlements and international divorces. Jon Whettingsteel is one of less than 500 solicitors nationwide who hold advanced Family Law Accreditation which recognises his specialist and detailed knowledge in family law matters, including financial and private law children proceedings.

Children Law

The Children Law accreditation a recognised quality standard for lawyers, awarded to experienced practitioners in this area of law. All the senior solicitors in our Childcare and Adoption team are members of the Children Panel. It covers all types of children law work and is recognised by the Legal Aid Agency.

Higher Courts Rights – Civil and Criminal
